I have no PayPal account. Can I pay with credit card?
Credit card payments are processed through PayPal, however no PayPal account is required. To pay by credit card, please follow the steps below:

- Now you are at PayPal. Click "Pay by credit card" to pay with a credit card if you don't have a PayPal account.
- Enter your credit card and personal info. Click "Review Order and Continue."

When will I receive my order?
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

All items are custom made therefore no refunds will be issued.

If you purchased a product but thought the color would be different, this is not an error on our part. Swatches are available to purchase, therefore you know. We are not responsible if you think the color looks different on the screen. We only use the fabrics as described in each listing, custom, or general.

Please ensure that the address is correct prior to place an order.
If any package is refused upon delivery, is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.
